All Decked Out is a private luxury WaterColor home designed for elevated, independent stays. While the home is not marketed as “fully staffed,” housekeeping requirements for longer stays and add-on services can help make your 30A vacation even more effortless.

- Mid-stay cleaning (required): Reservations made for 5 nights require a mid-stay clean. This will be added to your total at checkout.
- Daily maid service: Not listed as an included service for this home.

- Pre-arrival planning assistance for your stay in WaterColor and along Scenic 30A
- Recommendations for dining, beach days, family-friendly experiences, and local highlights
- Help coordinating schedules and reservations based on your travel style
