Additional Notes

• Guests can enjoy complimentary rides anywhere in WaterColor using the on-demand WaterColor Trolley, available through the WaterColor Trolley app.
• No events are allowed (including wedding receptions and large gatherings). Only registered guests sleeping in the home may be on the property. Violations may result in double cleaning fees and additional charges.
• No pets. Any violation of the no-pet policy may result in immediate eviction plus additional cleaning charges.
• WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address. You may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and are limited/first-come, first-served. WaterColor condos cannot rent golf carts.
• Beach access to the east of the home between Seaside and WaterColor is not for guest usage and is for WaterColor homeowners only.
• 13 amenity wristbands maximum (extras are not available). Includes access to all WaterColor community swimming pools, Camp WaterColor, and the Beach Club.
• The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park in the driveway or garage. A parking pass is required to park overnight on common area parking pads.
