Jan 2-April 30: $15,750 per week (5 night min)
May 1-Dec 18: $12,500 per week (4 night min)
Dec 19-through Jan 1: $17,000 per week (same as above)
Add 12.5% hotel tax
Add $750 cleaning fee

For 2026 rates:

Jan 2-April 30: $16,750 per week (5 night min)
May 1-Dec 18: $13,500 per week (4 night min)
Dec 19-through Jan 1: $18,000 per week (same as above)
Add 12.5% hotel tax
Add $850 cleaning fee
