The estate accommodates up to 24 guests in 12 suites spread across the Great House, Carriage House, two cottages and Hillaby House. Most suites feature king beds, private en-suite bathrooms, double vanities and individual safes, while select suites offer flexible bedding for families or groups. One suite is wheelchair compatible, and an additional suite may be available for guests or guest staff.
On the seaside of the estate, the Great House opens to the Great Bar, a signature gathering space overlooking the infinity pool and the Caribbean Sea. The beachfront side of the property offers numerous places for formal dining, casual meals, sunset cocktails, private events or peaceful relaxation by the water.
