Villa La Playa is an ultra-luxury beachfront villa located directly on the white sands of Peter Bay Beach, one of the most exclusive addresses on St. John. Set within the Virgin Islands National Park, this newly built architectural residence offers rare direct beach access, panoramic Caribbean views and exceptional privacy in a protected natural setting.
Positioned at the secluded end of Peter Bay Beach, the villa enjoys uninterrupted views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands. Guests are directly on the sand, with swimming and snorkeling — often alongside sea turtles — just steps from the terrace.

The villa offers approximately 5,000 square feet of interior space and an additional 3,000 square feet outdoors.
